Jonathan White is an accomplished Director and Solicitor with over a decade of expertise in leading In House Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions within FCA and SRA regulated businesses. Currently serving as the Head of Professional Ethics at the Solicitors Regulation Authority since August 2024, Jonathan also holds the position of Director at Derbyshire Cricket Foundation Ltd. Previous roles include Senior Risk & Compliance Lawyer at Flint Bishop, Director at Claims Portal Limited, and Legal & Compliance Director at NAHL Group plc, where Jonathan was a member of the executive team since its public listing in 2014. Jonathan began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at David Douce & Company and has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, having been appointed to the Law Society Panel in 2005 and recognized as an APIL Senior Litigator in 2006. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Politics from the University of Leicester, a Post Graduate Certificate in Law from Staffordshire University, and an LPC from De Montfort University.
