Alberto Júnior is an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer and former IT Administrator at SOLEVO Group since February 2020, where responsibilities include troubleshooting complex software and network issues, managing Active Directory Services, and providing Tier III support. Prior to this role, Alberto served as an IT Support Specialist at TAAG-Linhas Aereas de Angola from January 2015 to December 2018, focusing on configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches. Alberto holds a Licenciatura degree in Telecomunicações e Redes from ESMICOM, completed in 2014.
