Jérôme Dionne, FICA, currently serves as the Vice-President of Pension and Savings Plans at Solertia, where responsibilities include client success, business development, and innovation strategies within pension and total rewards sectors. Prior to this role, Jérôme held the position of Practice Leader for Total Rewards & Retirement at BGY, which later rebranded as Solertia after merging with Solertia Consulting Group. As Chairman of the Board for Loisirs et Répit Sans Limites, Jérôme emphasized strategic direction and fundraising, achieving record revenue growth during the pandemic. Jérôme's extensive experience also includes independent consulting at Odela and a significant tenure at Morneau Shepell, where leadership roles encompassed retirement consulting and strategic partnerships with both public and private sectors. Jérôme holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from Université Laval, obtained in 1999.
