Maher Alzyadat, PhD, MSc, AFHEA, currently serves as the L5 Business Management Level Leader, Programme Director for H2G, and Lecturer in Business Management with a focus on Enterprise and Innovation at Solent University since October 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant (GTA) at the University of York from October 2018 to May 2022, and extensive engineering positions at Ericsson from June 2005 to September 2017, where responsibilities included core network design and planning for KSA mobile operators, as well as roles at Orange as a Senior Core Network Engineer and Core Network Switching Engineer. Maher holds a PhD in Intrapreneurship and Technology Innovation from the University of York, alongside a Master's degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Yarmouk University.
