W. Randy Hall III is a Process Technology Specialist at Solenis as of August 2024, supporting plant operations and product development for water treatment technologies across five North American facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery and roles at DuPont from 1997 to 2021, including Tyvek® Technical Implementation Leader and Manufacturing Technology Manager, where responsibilities involved developing business technology improvement plans, managing engineering teams, and enhancing production processes for Tyvek and Kevlar products. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 1997.
