Victor Lugo has a wealth of experience in various industries, starting as a Utilities Engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2005 and eventually moving up to become an Area Manager at Solenis since 2006. At Solenis, Victor oversees a team of sales account managers and application engineers across various territories, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and developing staff while creating a positive workplace culture. Prior to this, Victor also had a brief stint at Merck in the Predictive Maintenance Department. At Ashland Inc, Victor held multiple roles including Area Manager, Account Manager, and Application Engineer from 2006 to 2014.
