Pamela Lian is an experienced educator with a background in early childhood development, currently serving as an Infant Teacher at Soldiers Field Park Children's Center since September 2016, where Pamela nurtures infants and designs developmentally appropriate curricula. Previously, Pamela worked as a Preschool Teacher, crafting curricula focused on various developmental domains for preschoolers and documenting their growth using AEPSi assessments. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Teacher and Child Care Assistant, as well as administrative roles in libraries and organizations, showcasing strong skills in project management, clerical duties, and educational support. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, complemented by international study at Università degli Studi di Padova.
