Flo Labonde is a seasoned production technician with extensive experience in the field of engineering and chemistry. Currently employed at Solatube International, Inc. since May 2005, Flo's role encompasses sustaining engineering assistance, creating and updating standard operating procedures, and applying lean manufacturing principles, particularly in injection molding processes. Prior experience includes a position as a chemistry technician at GE Osmonics, where design improvements were tested for reverse osmosis filter manufacturing, and research at Axson Technologies focused on the testing of polymer resin properties and new compound design. Flo holds an equivalent associate degree in Engineering Chemistry from Center Jacques Arnaud, alongside an equivalent associate degree in Constitutional/Civil Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, as well as a high school diploma.
