Tomer Schorr currently serves as the USA Logistics Manager at SOLATO since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Friends of Israel Scouts from August 2020 to December 2023, where Tomer developed budgetary and strategic plans, managed vendor sourcing, and drove technology solutions. As Director of the Tzofim Garin Tzabar program, Tomer oversaw a $1M budget, improved participant recruitment efficiency by 66%, and managed regional conferences and partnerships. Tomer's earlier roles included Jewish Agency Emissary and Regional Director for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, along with significant military experience in the Israel Defense Forces achieving the rank of Major. Tomer holds an MBA in Real Estate from Reichman University and a BA in Business/Managerial Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
