Omer Katzenelson is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in system engineering, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at SolarEdge Technologies since March 2023. Previously, Omer held the position of Director of System Engineering at MeMed, leading the development of a complex real-time blood test solution and overseeing product development processes. Omer also has extensive experience as a Lead System Engineer at Philips, where responsibilities included leading teams for CT-scanner and Clinical Applications software programs. Earlier career roles include Technical Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, overseeing a global development team in aircraft upgrades, and Head of Section in the Israeli Air Force, leading programs related to airborne Electronic Warfare systems. Omer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
