The Solar Operations Team at Solar Works manages the end-to-end process of solar power installation projects. Solar Consultants assess customer needs and design tailored solutions; the Draftsperson & Project Technician prepares plans and technical details; the Installation Coordinator schedules and oversees installations; the Lead Solar Installer and team execute the installations; and the Service Coordinator ensures ongoing maintenance and support for optimal system performance.
