Greg Smith has extensive experience in the solar energy sector, currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Solar States since December 2020. Previously, Greg was a Senior Partner Success Manager at Sungage Financial, overseeing partner accounts that funded over $100 million in residential solar loans and managing relationships with more than 70 solar installer partners across several states. Earlier roles included Market Development Associate at Admirals Bank, Inside Energy Advisor at SolarCity, Volunteer and Training Associate at GRID Alternatives, and AmeriCorps VISTA Member at NYCfNAC. Greg began professional development with an internship in the United States Senate. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Penn State University.
