Pavel Shynkarenko has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on legal practices and leadership roles. Pavel co-founded Solar Staff in 2015, where they served as the CEO and successfully managed a team of 75 professionals. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Seneschal from 2008 to 2014, where they specialized in internet law, corporate law, and international taxation. Pavel also had a role as the Managing Partner at Seneschal Neyman LLC from 2008 to 2012. Before delving into entrepreneurship, Pavel worked as a Lawyer at their own firm from 2004 to 2008 and as the Head of The Information Analytics Department at NACP, LLC from 2002 to 2004.

From 1999 to 2004, Pavel Shynkarenko pursued their Master's degree in Civil Law and Justice System at the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine in Kharkiv.
