Ben P. has a diverse work experience, starting with Solar Source in 2018, where they held the role of Residential Sales Director. Ben then transitioned to the role of Solar Advisor in September 2022. Prior to this, Ben worked at Pella Corporation from May 2012 to February 2018 as a Sales Consultant, focusing on luxury window and door consultation. During their time at Pella, they successfully grew annual sales from $900,000 to $1.4 million by utilizing expert product knowledge and attentive client needs analysis.

Before joining Pella, Ben worked at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning from March 2011 to May 2012 as a Sales Consultant. Ben'sresponsibilities included streamlining the sales process and converting it from paper-based to a paperless system.

Furthermore, Ben owned Piper Construction from January 2003 to March 2011. Ben managed over 200 remodel and addition projects and achieved significant business growth by implementing an annual budget and marketing plan, resulting in a 50% average annual growth rate over seven years.
