Jeroen de Groot is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business control, reporting, and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Controller at Solar Nederland since January 2018, Jeroen previously held key financial roles at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems, SNS REAAL, Suzlon Energy Ltd, ANWB, AVR, and IBM Global Services. Notable achievements include the introduction of comprehensive performance analysis frameworks, improvement of budgeting processes, and successful implementation of SAP, resulting in operational efficiencies.
