Olli Virtanen is an experienced professional in food production and biotechnology, currently serving as a Production Specialist at Solar Foods since September 2020. Prior roles include Production Operator and Process Operator at Valio from 2011 to 2020, where involvement centered on starter culture production. Olli also worked as a Production Operator at Chr. Hansen Finland Oy from February 2017 to September 2018. Olli's education includes an Engineer's degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering with a focus on Dairy Technology from Häme University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2016, and a degree from Hämeenlinnan yhteiskoulun lukio obtained in 2003.
