Jennifer Schneider is an experienced sales operations manager currently overseeing operations at Solar Art Window Tinting and Graphics since December 2019, having held various roles including Los Angeles Interim Operations Manager and OC/San Diego Operations Manager. In this capacity, Jennifer manages operational aspects across multiple regions while leading a team of 8 and collaborating with key stakeholders, directly reporting to the Owner/CEO. Prior to joining Solar Art, Jennifer served as Senior Operations Manager at Richards Label Co, Inc., where responsibilities included managing front-office operations and co-managing a production team of 15, reporting directly to the President/CEO. Jennifer began their career as a Production Assistant at Richards Label Co, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Chapman University, complemented by studies at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
