Genc Shulemaja has worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at both hellocare.ai and Solaborate LLC since October 2019. At hellocare.ai, they contributed to the development of an end-to-end telehealth and virtual healthcare delivery platform. This platform aimed to improve the way care is provided by offering exceptional experiences across various devices. Genc's roles included working on solutions for hospitals, home care, and ambulatory care, such as virtual patient observation, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and telemedicine carts. Genc also worked on AI use cases for fall prevention and detection. In their role at Solaborate LLC, Genc continued to work as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Genc Shulemaja completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Genc Shulemaja has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the "SolidWorks 2018 from beginner to expert" course from Udemy. Genc also obtained the certification for "Generative Modeling - Designer Based Structural Optimization" from Udemy in September 2019, and the certification for "SOLIDWORKS Course: Get Certified in CSWP Segment 1" in October 2018, also from Udemy.
