Janniina Mitronen (os. Ruokolainen) currently serves as Revenue Manager at Sokotel Oy, a position held since January 2024, after previously holding the same title at Primehotels Oy from November 2019 to January 2024. Janniina's professional experience includes a strong focus on revenue management tasks, data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and new hotel openings, alongside roles in sales management and coordination. Prior to these positions, Janniina gained diverse experience in various sales and operational roles within the hospitality sector, starting as a receptionist and progressing through several departments related to sales and revenue management. Janniina holds a Master's degree in Economics from Åbo Akademi University and a Master's degree in International Management from Universität Klagenfurt, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
