Antonio Marungo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Development and Innovation at Sokol and Company since May 2018, Antonio has previously held roles including Account Specialist/Technical Sales at Vanee Foods Company and Research and Development Food Scientist at ARYZTA LLC. Antonio began a career in culinary arts at Chili's, where responsibilities included ensuring cleanliness, leading new employees, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Science/Culinology and Food Industry Management from Dominican University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago. Additionally, an internship at Newly Weds Foods involved assisting the culinary team with product development and customer requests.
