Lester (Les) Dsilva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management and consulting. Since October 2017, Lester has served as Team Manager at Currencies Direct, where leadership and strategic oversight are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Lester worked as a Senior Consultant at Tech Mahindra from March 2013 to September 2017, contributing valuable expertise and insights.
