Prem Kumar Kandaswamy is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Product Manager at SOITEC since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the RF GaN-on-Silicon product and managing customer needs. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at SOITEC, Senior Scientist at Exponent, and Senior Researcher at imec, focusing on GaN material development and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, contributions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. researcher at the Institute of Nanosciences and Cryogenics involved advanced work on GaN technologies for high-frequency applications and optoelectronics.
