Aziz ALAMI-IDRISSI has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Specialty-SOI BU Manager at SOITEC since October 2005, overseeing products in Silicon Photonics-SOI, Power-SOI, Imager-SOI, and PD-SOI. Prior roles at SOITEC include Business Operations Manager for the Digital Electronics Business Unit, where strategic deployment and objective oversight were key responsibilities, and Prototyping Manager, responsible for developing and delivering Silicon On Insulator prototypes with a team of approximately 15 engineers and technicians. Aziz also worked as a Process Development Engineer, optimizing wafering processes. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Suppliers Quality Assurance Engineer at Jabil, focusing on qualifying electronic devices for automotive applications and monitoring supplier performance. Aziz holds a Master of Science in Physics with a specialization in Microelectronics, optics, and signal processing from Ecole centrale de Marseille.
