Ma. Isabel Canoy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ma. Isabel started their most recent role as a Talent Scout at SoHo Dragon in May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Appointment Setter at Credit Suite, Business Credit Specialists from June 2019 to May 2020. Ma. Isabel also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Concierge Officer at St. Luke's Medical Center from November 2015 to January 2019, and as an Admin Staff from January 2014 to November 2015. Before that, they worked as a Concierge at Rustan Commercial Corporation from June 2013 to January 2014.

From 2009 to 2013, Ma. Isabel Canoy attended the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in Manila. During their time there, they pursued a field of study in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
