Alison Bennett is an experienced artistic professional, currently serving as the Artistic Director at Hurrah Hurrah since February 2014 and as a Creative Associate at Sydney Opera House since December 2013. Previously, Alison held the position of Artistic Director at Improv Theatre Sydney from August 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Program Manager/Tutor at the National Institute of Dramatic Art from December 2016 to April 2021. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Performance from the National Institute of Dramatic Art, expected in April 2024, a BA (Honours) in Theatre/Clowning from UNSW, and a degree in Acting from Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq. Alison also holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Drama) from Monash University.
