Jérôme GUILLOUX is an experienced consultant in software team scaling, delivery performance, and project structuring, currently working at Sogilis since January 2023, where support is provided to clients on software production issues in regulated environments. Jérôme previously served as Head of Engineering at Vivlio, managing R&D teams and leading the scaling process, and held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Stormshield, overseeing significant team growth and project management.
