Udi Dabush has a strong background in information technology and management roles. Udi is currently working as the Global Information Technology Director at Sofwave. In 2023, they will be joining Tel-Hai College as a University Lecturer. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Teva- Anshim Techlite. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the CIO & CISO at Elcam Medical, where they managed a team of IT specialists and ensured the availability, quality, reliability, and security of IT systems. Before that, they held the position of CIO at Teva Naot from 2012 to 2017, overseeing IT operations and application development. Udi also held the roles of CIO and Organization Manager at Kika Israel from 2011 to 2012, and CIO at Teva Naot from 2008 to 2011. Their earlier experiences include working as a Speech Recognition Project Manager at TactixPeach from 2005 to 2008, and as a Call Center Project Manager at Sensecom from 2001 to 2005.

Udi Dabush has a diverse education history with a focus on cybersecurity and technology management. In 2000, they started their education at the Holon Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technology. Udi completed this degree in 2004.

Following their undergraduate studies, in 2006, Udi enrolled in Ono Academic College to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Udi completed their MBA program in 2007.

In 2020, Udi attended Bar-Ilan University, where they engaged in a short-term program focused on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. During this time, they obtained certifications in Linux Essentials, Cisco Cybersecurity Essentials, Cisco Networking Essentials, Introduction to Cybersecurity, and Community Manage from various institutions, including Cisco Networking Academy and Tel-Hai College.

In 2021, Udi enrolled in a Checkpoint CCSA program at Udemy Alumni, completing the certification. Additionally, they pursued a course titled "Getting Started with AWS Security, Identity, and Compliance" through AWS training.
