Regiane Herchcovitch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Softys since June 2014. In this role, Regiane is responsible for various HR functions including development, talent acquisition, internal communication, compensation, benefits, health management, facilities, personnel administration, and labor relations, as well as structuring the HR area in Brazil. Prior experience includes senior HR management positions at Monsanto Company and Mars, where Regiane led HR initiatives for multiple sectors. Regiane’s educational background includes an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and another MBA from UC Irvine, along with a focus on people management and clinical psychology from Universidade Paulista.
