Harish Mamtani is currently the Director at SoftWear Automation. Prior to this position, they were the Vice President of Private Banking at Bank of America from July 2002 to July 2005. From July 2005 to July 2019, they were the Managing Director at Bluefish Capital. From September 2010 to January 2013, they were an advisor at Gray Ghost Ventures. From January 2012 to March 2013, they were on the Board of Directors for Indian School Finance Company. In January 2014, they became a part of the TiE Global Board of Trustees and held this position until December 2017.

Harish Mamtani graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business. Harish then went on to obtain their Masters in International Business (MIBS) from the same school.
