Reyna Herbison, Ph.D, MBA, serves as an Adjunct Lecturer and Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University since July 2015, focusing on business, human resources, and organizational behavior courses. In addition, Reyna has been the Global Director of Software Sales and Services at SoftwareIDM, Inc. since December 2012, specializing in innovative software solutions for identity management challenges. Previous experience includes roles as Field Sales Leader for the Mountaineer District at Horace Mann Companies, District Sales Associate at Countrywide Insurance Services/Bank of America, and Agency Owner at Allstate Insurance. Reyna holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University and an MBA from the University of Charleston.
