Magdalena Firek is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning and development across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of People and Chief People Officer at Software Mind since February 2023, Magdalena previously held the position of Head of People at Ailleron from December 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, Magdalena worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Global and Regional L&D Manager from September 2017 to September 2019. Magdalena's earlier experience includes a variety of HR roles at Philip Morris International over a decade, where responsibilities ranged from talent management to HR project management. Additionally, Magdalena began a career in purchasing at Valeo Wiper Systems as a Purchasing Specialist.
