Previous roles include Associate Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at LanceSoft Inc, where advanced IT solutions were provided to a diverse client base. With a strong background at Tatum LLC as a Business Development Manager and prior experience as a Technical Recruiter and Executive Recruiter, Chase has developed expertise in sourcing talent and driving business performance. Chase's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, progressing to managerial roles, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
