Melanie Metropolit serves as the Sr. Director of Growth & Strategy for Global Health & Human Services at Softtek Government Solutions since May 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at Cherokee Federal as a Senior Account Executive for HHS Humanitarian Solutions & Human Services from October 2022 to April 2024. Experience includes leading strategic development in public health and emergency response at United Solutions, LLC, and managing public health initiatives at Groundswell. Melanie’s background also encompasses business development at DevTech Systems, coordination of international development proposals at AECOM International Development, and program support at Save the Children International. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Government & International Relations from George Mason University and further studies at American University, Melanie has a strong foundation in strategic planning and project management in health and humanitarian sectors.
