Vasil Sudakou began their work experience in 2015 as a Full Stack Developer at IBA Group. Vasil worked there until February 2022. In February 2023, they joined Innowise Group as a Back End Developer until May 2023. Currently, they are employed at SoftTeco as a Full Stack Engineer, starting in May 2023.

Vasil Sudakou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Gomel Technical University P.O. Suhogo, where they attended from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications from Oracle. In May 2016, they became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer, and in October 2017, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer.
