Vadim Klimenko has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a PR-manager at Labs Publicity from June 2010 to July 2011. Vadim then became the Director of LLC "Pokupay" until May 2012. In 2017, they worked as an FAS Engineer at LLC "Stetkom" until August 2018. From September 2018 to July 2019, Vadim was a Software Support Specialist at p2l.tv. Vadim then joined Forte Group as a Junior .NET Developer from July 2019 to October 2020. Currently, they work as a .NET Developer at SoftTeco starting from October 2020. In February 2021, Vadim also took on the role of a .NET Developer at Kanda Software. Additionally, Vadim has experience as the head of an e-shop called Tehnomall.by as an individual entrepreneur since May 2012.

Vadim Klimenko began their education in 2005 at the Belarusian State Economic University, where they studied Economic Cybernetics. Vadim completed their studies in 2010.
