Tomasz Jóźwik is a Ruby on Rails Tech Lead at SOFTSWISS since January 2023, previously serving as a Software Engineer and Team Lead at Visuality sp.j. from July 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing Rails applications, team leadership, managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and researching business opportunities. Prior experience at Visuality sp.j. as a Software Engineering Intern from July 2019 to December 2019 involved business process management, Ruby and Rails programming, and research and development. Tomasz is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Information and Communication Technology at the Military University of Technology from October 2022 to September 2026, having previously obtained a Master of Science in Engineering (MScEng) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BScEng) in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology.
