Max Trafimovich started their career at Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an International Trade Intern in 2010. Max then interned as an International Services Intern at Winona State University in 2012. In the same year, they joined DELVE as an Analyst, where they gained experience in website analytics, customer data mining, and client relations. In 2013, Max joined SOFTSWISS as a Business Development Manager, and later became the Sales and Marketing Director, where they built and mentored a successful business development division. Currently, Max holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at SOFTSWISS, overseeing the company's growth and managing online gaming and betting operations.

Max Trafimovich completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Belarusian State Economic University from 2008 to 2014. In 2011 and 2012, they also attended Winona State University as a non-degree exchange student, focusing on Business.
