Roxanne Shovkoplyas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the EMEA & APAC People Lead at SoftServe since September 2022, Roxanne previously held the position of Head of HR & Talent for EMEA at Mercuryo.io, a crypto infrastructure company, from July 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Roxanne was an EMEA HR Business & Operations Partner at Virtusa, supporting HR services for major global banks. Roxanne's career also includes freelance work as an HR Manager and EA to a CEO in a high-net-worth investment firm. Roxanne holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and various academic degrees in science and health from institutions in Ukraine.
