Shaili Teotia has a rich work experience in the field of HR and recruitment, specializing in IT professionals in various domains such as semiconductor, BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and automotive. Shaili started their career as a Senior IT Recruiter at Three Gee Solutions Pvt. Ltd in 2014 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined eTeam as a Delivery Lead, where they managed a team of 5 recruiters and focused on staffing, recruiting, sourcing, and team handling. Shaili is currently working as an Associate Manager at Softnautics since 2022.

Shaili Teotia began their education in 2007 at Gautam Buddha University, where they pursued a B.Tech degree in Information Technology. Shaili completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. In 2013, Teotia enrolled in Kurukshetra University to pursue an M.Tech degree in Computer Science, which they successfully completed in 2015.
