João Balina currently serves as an OutSystems Tech Lead and People Manager at Softinsa since January 2021, bringing expertise in technology leadership and team management. Prior to this role, João worked as an OutSystems Developer at Altice Portugal from July 2017 to January 2021, where skills in application development were honed. João holds a Licenciatura degree in Tecnologias e Sistemas da Informação from Universidade da Beira Interior, completed in 2017.
