Diego Cordova is currently a Business Operations Analyst at Softheon since June 2023, where responsibilities include implementing and evaluating business metrics to address organizational and customer information needs, as well as identifying new opportunities for service improvements and cost reductions. Previously, Diego served as a Cloud Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation from May 2022 to December 2022, contributing to the Microsoft Azure Cloud Migration project and gaining experience in big data and cloud computing. Diego holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, Riverside and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, along with a high school diploma from De La Salle High School.
