Kiryl Shlemen is a Senior Software Developer at Softeq since March 2022, focusing on projects in mental health, well-being, and the insurance industry, utilizing the React library and TypeScript for user interfaces while employing RTK, RTK Query, and Tanstack Query for state management. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at LINEV Group, where Kiryl led the development of an IoT telemetry data application, and at InferStat, contributing to the Trader platform project with a focus on user experience across devices. Additionally, Kiryl has a background in telecommunications as a Software Developer and Telecommunications Engineer at Border Service, specializing in radio networks and data transmission efficiency. Kiryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and has completed further education at The Rolling Scopes School.
