Michael Davis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Softcrylic since December 2017. In this role, Michael oversees the successful delivery of all projects within the PMO and has unified the onshore and offshore teams into a high-functioning practice. Prior to this position, Michael held various roles at Softcrylic, including Senior Manager of PMO, where responsibilities included managing analytics tracking solutions for Coca-Cola North America and leading the PMO team. Earlier experience includes project management and business analysis, with a focus on project roadmaps, Agile processes, and data solutions. Before joining Softcrylic, Michael worked at Jennifer Miller Jewelry in digital marketing and finance roles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware, earned in 2012.
