Ruth Morton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and cloud services. Currently serving as a Manager in Program Management at Softchoice since April 2016, Ruth leads the Go to Market Engineering team, focusing on automating processes and enhancing delivery for cloud services. Ruth has also held roles such as Cloud Services Product Manager, overseeing cloud management services on major platforms, and managing a technology mentorship program that transformed service delivery for managed customers. Previous positions include Cloud Solution Specialist at Compugen Inc, where Ruth qualified software sales opportunities and managed partnerships, and a Technology Evangelist role at Microsoft Canada, engaging with IT professionals to promote Microsoft technologies. Ruth is also a visual artist, creating vibrant paintings that reflect a passion for boldness in art. Ruth holds a B.A. Honours in Computing & Information Science from the University of Guelph and completed secondary education as an Ontario Scholar at Almonte and District High School.
