Daniel Jones is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in pre-sales technical support and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Softchoice since April 2022, Daniel specializes in guiding customers through their Digital Transformation Journey. Previously, Daniel held key roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell EMC, and IBM Canada Ltd., where responsibilities included delivering expert support to sales teams, consulting with clients on technical strategies, and architecting solutions for various customer needs. Daniel's career began in the early 1990s with roles in systems analysis and infrastructure management, ultimately building a comprehensive background in storage solutions and enterprise IT. Daniel holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
