Sarah Naylor-Scott is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT, engineering, construction, and airports. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Internal Recruiter at Softcat plc since May 2021, Sarah specializes in providing IT infrastructure solutions to corporate and public sector organizations. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Senior Consultant at Allegis Group, where skills were focused on placing IT and Engineering professionals. Sarah’s background also includes managerial positions at Shorterm Group, overseeing recruitment for construction and airport projects, and prior experience as a Divisional Manager at Proactive Technical Recruitment, where compliance with security standards for airport access was a key responsibility.
