Rebecca Monk is a highly experienced professional with a background in human resources and recruitment. Rebecca currently serves as a Board Member at Evolve Housing + Support and holds the position of Chief People Officer at Softcat plc. Previously, Rebecca worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an HR Director for Universal Pictures International and later as the Talent Acquisition Director, International. Additionally, Rebecca has experience as the Head of Central Resourcing at Hutchison 3G and has worked in recruitment roles at Imprint Search and Selection and Chemistry Recruitment. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in Management Studies with French from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in HRM & HRD from Nottingham Trent University, and has studied at IÉSEG School of Management.
