Austin M. Reid has a background in military intelligence systems maintenance and integration, as well as experience in IT internships with various companies. Currently working as a ServiceNow System Administrator at SOFtact Solutions, LLC, Austin has also served as a Team Leader/Supervisor in the US Army. With a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Information Technology from the University of South Carolina, Austin has a strong foundation for success in the technology field.
