Milko Velichkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and GIS technology within the water and wastewater utility sector. Currently serving as Head of Asset Management and GIS Team Manager at Sofiyska voda, operated by Veolia, Milko has overseen the management and enhancement of GIS systems based on ESRI technologies and Oracle databases since January 2006. Additionally, Milko has shared expertise as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, focusing on practical training in surveying over multiple years. Prior to current roles, Milko held positions in database administration and GIS within various organizations, demonstrating a solid background in geodesy and information systems, supported by a comprehensive educational foundation in the field.
