Reliance Singh has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the hospitality industry. Reliance has held positions such as Chief Engineer at Sofitel, Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, and Kokomo Private Island Fiji. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing engineering operations, managing capital works and ongoing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Prior to these roles, they served as Assistant Chief Engineer at Sheraton Fiji Resort, Sheraton Denarau Villas, The Westin Resort & Spa Denarau Island, and Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island, where they managed engineering works, conducted training, and maintained control systems for various equipment. Reliance also worked as an Assistant Group Engineer at The Tanoa Hotel Group, where they implemented productivity and quality standards, maintained control systems, and supervised installations.

Reliance Singh completed a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the South Pacific, starting in 2008 and finishing in 2011. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Renewable Energy, also at the University of the South Pacific.
